I guess the point I'm making is; it's not the fact that they're not providing tools/facilities for the disabled, it's that they're discriminating against (banning) people using tools that provide them with an equal experience that people without severe disabilities would/do have.
Except it's not. They ban anyone who breaks their rules. Everyone is on equal footing. A disability does not exempt you from following the same rules as everyone else. If you can't play WoW because of a disability, don't. Blizzard doesn't have to allow botting for the disabled. There are other tools available to make using computers easier for people who have motor skill problems or loss of limbs. I've seen someone play with their feet and mouth. It's possible. If you allow botting for the disabled, you're going to open up a whole new can of worms. Where do you draw the line? Are you going to require a doctor's note? There's a difference between allowing botting and providing the tools to make the game easier. Those tools already exist. You just have to find them. The main problem is that Blizzard isn't going to allow any form of automation no matter what. That's fair for everyone.
They didn't ban people because they had a disability, they banned people because they used a bot. The reasons are irrelevant. It's zero tolerance. Even if you have a disability, it's not considered discrimination.
