Why are Blizzard doing this?

TLR no court is going to order a company to sell me services. i can buy another account, return in 6 months, or find a new game.

No one have mentioned the above case. The current scenarios are reversed. The court can actually force a company to "sell" a service, which is ordered and paid already, aka the contract is fulfill.

to say u had a contract u would have to legally say u agreed to the terms of use and broke them, in said terms it clearly states if u do such a thing blizzard reserves there rights etc. its a no win.. and even if it didn't you would still have to admit to breaking terms of the contract thus making it void.
