In an effort to be less noticable, I'm considering using a technology such as VPN to alter my IP, as that has been recommended by some.

Do you feel this is a worthwhile thing to do, and if so, do you have any recommendations for a good product that doesn't cause huge latency problems?

Using my normal IP address, my connection runs just fine, with results like below.

However, I tried IPVanish and connected using a VPN to a gaming VPN server and my latency jumped up around 2000 ms anytime I got a decent amount of activity on the screen. I'm just wondering if there are better options, or if it's even a popular practice for DB users to utilize these types of technology. Suggestions are welcome.
