Who to contact / Where to go submit my ideas for Honorbuddy?

So basically.
I have all these great ideas.

some examples

Guides
BG Party mode
Questing in DB mode.
Better mob avoidance in GB2

Do I make a thread in the developer section with a list of things with details?
or
Do i contact a specific mod or email?
where should I start ?
give me some leads of where i can take my info plz.

the party bot does support BGbuddy.

questing isnt possible and if you want to give it as a feature request it needs to be done in the DB thread

again theres a section for GB2 that would be a good place to request that feature.

the problem is we have multiple people working on and responsible for running certain bots. so its best to take it directly to them.

hi i'd like a bot that creates social relationships with other players like the code will look something like this

if (player within 20 yards and within level range of 3) then /whisper (player) hi want to quest together?

if response = true (yes, ya, ok, sure, mhmm, why not) then /invite (player)

then more code like to have proper conversations. and it will be like a massive plug in with player databases and relationship statuses like good friends, new friends, best friends e.t.c and without them knowing its actually a bot

But i think that would include way to much work lol
Specially since most people already know how bots work, and this plugin wouldn't fix the other stupid things it will do like walk back and on the side etc.
