Whites are always sold, not salvaged

Been several reports in the main forum, but I'm able to confirm too, including on a new install.

Anyone able to get whites to be successfully salvaged?

same here. Not only white, blue materials as well

just found out, you need too check Quest Tools. It can stash the materials.
