Which routine for bard?

I am curious if anyone has done dps parses to compare the routines and have a consensus of which routine recommended to play my bard on?

Kupper is the best one in my experience. That being said I haven't really looked at the other options since Ichiba added in debuff clipping. To maximize output you can turn things off and do them yourself, but even if you let the thing fully autopilot you'll probably be pretty close to most of higher end bards.

Kupper has more options for it such as to use flaming arrow or not, dot clipping etc. I'm sure compared to other routines it performs very well.

Both seem to be within 15 dps of each other. Kupper and Ultima both perform very well but for now Kupper has more options to tweak.
