Which level i can go to new zones?

Hi,
my toons are lvl80 but have real bad gear (green and some blue).

I am still farming in sholarzaar and getting some exp there from harvesting because i don?t want to risk to move my toons to the new zones if they are not able to kill the mobs there...

At which level do you think one can go to hyial or twilight zone?

My plan is to hit lvl81 and buy some new gear from the auction house and went then to 80+ zones...

they nerfed the rate at which you gain exp at lvl 80 fighting wotlk mobs, you get 10% of kill exp, Just go give it a shot the quests aren't too hard

I'm a frost mage with also bad gear, where is the best place that I can buy good gear?

lol the auction house? where else can you "buy" gear? i'm assuming you have no justice/triumph/honor points.

How much will it cost for full gear? I need something till I get hpoints at 85

do some beginning quest go get good gear u wil see how awsome those green gear is

that is the problem having too much toons... i do not want to quest with more then 12 toons
