I hear people talking about HB2 doesn't require meshes (they are auto downloaded i think). Yet i do not see any downloads for 2.x of HB anywhere... I found some old betas in the archives... but i assume those are old?

I only see the following in the download forums...

HB 1.931
HB 1.9.2.3

Just trying to figure out what I'm supposed to be using, just bought HB today and trying to get started. downloading a video guide now hopefully that will have info once i get the right bot downloaded.

Thanks

Thank you. That is the one i've been tinkering with unsuccessfully. I'll go watch those videos now.

Not sure why it went from 2.0 back down to 1.9, but that's how it progressed. 1.9 is HB2, from what I understand...

Actually a good question you ask there. i wonder myself why so many talks about HB2 ? because there isn't any HB2 yet.. lol

All of the 2.0+ were betas, the 1.9s are stable but may include beta segments. 1.9 basically means all of the necessary features that were in 2.0+ are now complete and are deemed stable enough to use.

How does that numbering logic work? Shouldn't it increase in number, never backwards? Seems odd. But, I remember eggdrop gnu used to do the same thing, odd versions were stable even was beta.
