Which is better for trading?

Is it better to sell bulk items via face-to-face trading or C.O.D? Or are they both unsafe to truly sell in bulk?

without any real proofs, i would say C.O.D is easier to track, and i read a few ban stories where they got banned after some C.O.Ds

face to face seems to be the main choice, they rarely use guild bank / auction house.
