Which class is the best consistent leveler? And Which CC increases the leveling potential?

I make adjustments to the configuration every 5 levels, I usually tie this in with doing training and gear run.

As for actual adjustments it is fairly easy. You literally select what you want the bot to use in certain situations.

I will also suggest CCs written by CodenameG as they use the same concept of allowing the user to determine their own rotations.

Can someone write how to set the Cimmerian? I am concerned about Rune Tap, etc.
