Which CC & Class works best with Lvling/pvping?

Hey guys, i'm looking to make a new character, and currently it seems that most classes lacks good CC's
I'm mostly botting on mage or sp.

Now i'm thinking of lvling up a Dk or maybe a monk?
What class has the best working cc? like shamwow or something along those lines.

So far the easiest classes I've leveled are a Druid, Monk and Paladin

I recently botted a Mage to 90, used Singular for most of it, until I ran into issues with it targeting players pet's and crap, @ that point, I switched to CLU.
