Also why cant i pick up gems? its not letting me pick up gems and how do i pick up imperial gems? it keeps blanking the box?

Sorry to say, your question does not make sense. If you want to know how to pick up legendary materials, then you should first know where to obtain those. Legendary materials are obtained in horadric caches. Do dounties, and collect caches. When you open them, you'll get legendary materials.

Also you don't pick up gems cause you're box un unchecked. You must check it.
