Where to buy cheapest and safest EU key right now

There is, but it requires a Ger mobile for confirmation.
I tried clickandbuy too, and it said not allowed in your country of origin.
Guess I'll have to go with go2area.
 
Everytime i try to buy keys from go2arena i get a confirmation letter but after that the paypal payment get refunded for some reason and nothing happens after all. Anyone got the same problem?
 
gamesload worked for me. Well it will at least work for Germans & Austrians :)
If you chose click and buy, you can pay with your Visa or Maestro card.

I know that you can buy from this site if you are from Germany or Austria. What other countries work, I don?t know, sorry.
If you use "click & buy" you can register your Credit Card (if you have one), you can skip the phone verification and then directly pay with Visa or Maestro.
It?s sounds complicated but I managed to buy one account. Just needed one that I can register with my paypal and keep as a mule.
I buy my other accounts via ebay. Lots of paragon Accounts for around 60-70 Euros ^^
 
EBAY?? they will be able to change their password and stuff if they want to ya know? complain to blizzard that they are hacked

Thanks for your help, but it actually switches later automatically to English, during registration (recognizes the IP address, and if its not German then switches) and its very easy.
Und ich kann auch (ein bisschen) auf Deutsch schreiben/lesen. :)
The problem is - when i go through Click and pay, they do not like my address (street address etc.) for some reason and won't accept it. )) This is even more lame, since i do not need any real delivery - just my e-mail for a digital key.
If i chose the option to pay though Credit card, like Diablo3 > Kaufen > Kreditkarte then the transaction doesn't go through. After typing in card info and confirmation of payment in my bank via 3D Security I get this:

Well, I think have to use the usual option with Ru keys for 22 Euro. I've never experienced anything like this on Russian of Belorus game sites (bought 5 keys without any problems there). It's really weird...
 
sorry that it does not work out for everyone. As said, I know it works for Austrians & Germans...

Regarding Accounts from ebay: 8 of my now "banned" accounts were bought from ebay.de.
I always look for some nice 30+ Para Barbs. Normally they cost me 50-65 Euro with medicore equipment.
I always chose "100% positve" Sellers with paypal, never had any problem with that.
