Where to buy cd keys?

Where do you folks buy new cd keys?
Blizzard store sells the battle chest for $20, cata for $40, and mop for $40.
That's $100 per account, which is fine, but curious if there's a better way for US accounts.

I know the link for $5 battlechest which would save $15, but wouldn't that link a credit card to the account and get something flagged eventually? Idk.

Is it safe buying battlechest key and game time codes from these guys at ownedcore who sell them for Gold? I hear some of them buy the keys using fake credit cards and will cause your account to be disabled sometime later?

Yeah, blizzard will keep having random sales. I bought 3 accounts on the last sale. It was $50 for each pandaria account.
