Hello . I have a Rouge on Level 43 ( nightelf ) . Where should i start the bot, and which mesh and profile do i need ? ( sorry for my english )

The 1-60 Gnome/Dwarf profile will be good enough. You should be able to start that at any location on the Eastern Kingdoms.

Also, providing you are running the latest stable build, you will not need to use the mesh provided with the profile as the bot streams the mesh data directly to a folder you designate in the options.
