Where is HB workaround.exe?

I have botted like 1 month now almost 24/7. Needed to format my harddriver.
Reinstalled wow and honorbuddy, but there is one problem. There is no workaround.exe in directory folder.
Can someone link or upload workaround.exe for me? I tried to find a stand-alone workaround, but couldn't find any.

Couldnt add pic, needed to be 800x600 or something.
Too tier'd to upload it.

Well.
When im trying to execute Honorbuddy. Some error apears, tells me that the initializing didnt start successfully (0xc0000135). Isnt this workaround issues?

unzipped the hb folder?

Done both 6 times already. Still nothing.
Thinks it's the workaround that needs to be installed

Hb workaround is included on Hb zip and if needed will autoinstall
