Where have all the herbs gone?

After new patch, haven't found almost any herbs in EU, running with my trusty profiles that used to gather like mad, now I can barely find 1 node per hour.

Is this normal after patch? There were no mention in patch notes...

Now that I think about it, seems to me that server is set to not to respawn any herbs whatsoever, so it clearly is a "bug" and probably will be fine later...

Just got me worried... :P
 
I am also suffering from this problem, im used to running 250+ obj/hour and now im down to 28 after 2 hours..... Something is fucked up with EU herb Spawnrates.
 
Just like cataclysm they seem to have nerfed spawn rates
 
This is the BEST thing that blizzard could have done to improve economy and game. AH prices per stack will sky rocket and also economy mite regain some strength meaning gold prices will increase.

correct me if you think my idea is silly.

if this means you need more hours to farm the same amount but the amount of bots wont decrease, then yes, you are wrong.

How does that make any sense the respawn of nodes decreases which is shared by everyone.... therefore even if there are more bots its still going to be hard to farm. more bots dont = more nodes per hour if anything it makes it even worse.

1 hr to get 100 stacks - 1 stack 25g
after nerf
1 hr to get 10 stacks - 1 stack 250g

There is no way this was intentionally done. I ran the bot for an hour on a low populated server and only got 1 node when i normally get around 300-350 nodes an hour. I think the server restarts set for today will correct this, I hope.
 
noticed same, left for work, was away a bit over 7hours and gathered only 60 nodes... lol
 
[Gatherbuddy2]: Stopped gatherbuddy after gathering 438 nodes in 3h 33m 24s.

Working fine for me on a Full server,
 
Keep in mind people these nodes increase and decrease spawn rate depending on how many people are in the area farming them. If you are the only one farming, it will seem nerfed. There is a set amount of gather spawns in each zone and the respawn rate is determined by how fast they are being gathered. My guess is people are stocked up and you are the only one farming these gatherables.

I dont think this is a mistake... there were way to many nodes everywhere before ive run for 30 mins now and have about 4 stacks of herbs 4 stacks of ore seems a bit more respectable normally id have 10 of each by now.
 
noticing the same

MUCH less nodes. only bout 1/10 of what i usually get.

not sure on the spawn mechanic as said above, but it can't be the case because my kun lai summit "map" is filled with deposits whether or not there are people about. ( Enemy XXX detected)
 
IF this is true then I'm happy :) 655 messages not shown in the mailbox (95% are 12 stacks of herbs\ore)

this is on a low pop realm and ive passed no1 in the time ive been watching:

Dosent look bad but i can defo say im not looting 5+ of a node at 1 time like before i used to 4-9 on average.
