Where do you guys grind?

I'm around level 40 and I'm having a hell of a time finding a place to run a grind bot to level.

Anyone have any ideas?

Also post where you bot, and what level range its good for help eachother out!

40+ is a bit hard. Some farm in Asla. I have been TradePack Botting for a few days gaining tons of money and already level'd 5 times (lvl 45 now). I'd recommend that.
