Where can you get Legion Buddy? Also what happened to all the HB plugins and rotation

Legionbuddy is not released yet. Only legendary Buddy members have access to an alpha version at the moment.
HB Plugins and Rotations not updated for a while and not ready for latest WoW patch 7.x are removed until they get an update so that people do not report issues with outdated HB additions.
