Thank you. I noticed people outside of Germany are allowed to use it for now. Does this mean, it will be available for purchase to people outside of Germany?

They're allowed to disibute it to people outside of Germany, but, not allows to sell it at all. If you want to download it, go ahead, however, you won't be able to run it unless you know how to debug and ***** software (Which, probably would be hard without a key in the first place to see what functions are called), or, have a key already.

Selling = NoNo, so, just wait a week.
