this is a trinity thing not a DB issue ,
but go to your plugins tab and go configure , item rules and choose from there , you may get from help in the trinity thread though. for more detailed information on pickups

If you're using Trinity Plugin, use Trinity combat routine along with it. If you're using RRiXX's A3, get the questtool plugin along with it. As for loots, just go under trinity settings and edit it yourself.
