Where can I buy SoR and Normal accounts?

From botting in my main account which is pretty plain in terms of achievements and chars I thought about buying a new account with all the 85 I want to have on MoP and leave my actual main account as botting account...

So where can I buy normal accounts to make them my new main account or SoR accounts to bot in the future?!

Not really its quite rare since they are mostly battlechests

I thought that was just them lying trying to get more sales for the SoR accounts. Mine was a battlechest and have a few lvl 20's +30's.

They actually make pay a premium to get an account that has been thoroughly used (+30k).
