Whenever DB updated, Do I need to update Item List as well?

I was using Item List made by XYZ and works very well.
When we update DB do I have to import all those Item list again in DB plug in -> Trinity Config?

if you copy setting folder , just recover it to new DB, it won't need to import item list code.
