When will we be able to get rid of vms ?

It is just disgusting how much resource they eat and change the way the pc behaves, i got i7 3790k and 16 gb ram yet when a vm is running i cant game properly due to mini freezes and what not when things are happening on the vm, i never had this problem when i was botting d3 even my 3 multiboxing accounts and play any game without issues.

When can we hope for launcher that will be able to start multiple hots without vm ? I know you guys got lot of stuff to do but is this something we can expect soon ?
