When I run Tankleader WoT crash

Windows 8.1, reinstall the tanks does not help, .NET Framework 4 and C ++ installed, the game crash when running Tankleader View attachment 2016-01-02 14.10.txt

Hallo,i buy Today Tankleader and it doesnt work,after startig TL Wot chrashed,i make a new download but the problem is the same,no chance to start a Battle,no chance to make anythink...thats bad....
