When I click Developer Tools it wont appear on the screen

Using windows 7. Developers Tool was working for me before. Now when I click it, the program opens on my taskbar but won't open the actual window. Any ideas?

Same. Win7 64. And the same prob with settings screen sometimes

chances are the window is just positioned off screen
if your on windows 7, find the window in the taskbar.
Shift - Right Click it,
then click on move
Press an Arrow Key on your Keyboard,
Then move your mouse, the window should be attached to it.
just click and it will position it where you can see it.

Alt + Space while the window is selected, and click maximize... happens on mine as well but easy fix.
