have some patience, the deamonbuddy team are really good, they will extend your key once its up and running or if your patience is exhausted you could try asking politely for a refund

Sometimes it takes days, sometimes it takes weeks, sometimes it takes months. The only constant is the lack of information from the devs. What's causing the silence (business secret, lack of employees, anything you can imagine), I don't know.

Safe to say, this isn't out of the ordinary.
