What's wrong?

My DB crashes at least 2 or 3 times per day.
Here's the log file.
Can someone tell me what's wrong and how can I fix it please?

PS : cannot attach the log file, it says the file is too big for the server, the originale size was 65mb, and i zip it but it's still 4.5 mb. How can i do?

I think it's when db wants to create a new game.
