What's the problem on the server??

I saw below message in these days frequently,
"Patiently waiting for the Navigation Server"

SEA server and China server also have problem, but EU server work correct.
please fix SEA and China server!!!!!

Most of users complain of this probelm, today China, SEA, EU server doesn't work!!

i saw a lot of similar problems of people. and at that time you always say 'log plz'
you collect enough logs!
you should check your servers. and do your duty well.
