Just wondering what's the longest amount of time you have ran DB ?

Usually keeping it on for 3-4 days straight.

During season 1, I ran a bot for about 100 days (season was about 150 days) with total of 3 restarts and a few errors before discovering and using YAR. Other than that I was pretty much 100% going all the time. That account got banned, BTW.

A lot of people here bot close to 24/7, except when they are handling stash, etc.

If your concern is bans, can't help you there. You could bot one time at the beginning of the season and get a ban. There are people who have been botting since D3 Vanilla with no bans. If you're worried about your account, don't bot.

Getting geared on a new account or season takes less than a week (1-2 days if you use power-leveling community and haedrig's gift) and you'll be over paragon 1000 1-2 weeks after that, so who cares?

I tried letting db run over night and Diablo timed out is there a way to stop it from timing out or is that a safety thing , thanks guys !!!

D3 doesn't time out. Bnet crashed last night. Other things are DB crashed or D3 crashed. You can run R-Yar and it will relog both games if a crash happens.
