Hello friend, from the information you stated it is very unlikely to be banned, or even temp banned.

My reasoning:
1) Most people get frustrated with botters and will rage at them but majority of the time don't end up reporting them unless they can see they are cheating (hacks/exploits) rather than just botting

2) You stated that ONE person said they _MIGHT_ have reported you. An average day in the botter who farms herbs/ore in new content will see dozens of reports if they are on for a prolonged period of time

3) You most likely would have been banned already if you were going to be banned, unless they are _WATCHING_ you (which I doubt) then you should be in the clear for now. Blizzard and other gaming companies try to actually validate that you are botting or playing suspiciously instead of going off of hearsay evidence that a third party gave them. I mean.. how easy would it be for a 12 year old to report everyone for cheating/botting/hacking by stealing their nodes/herbs? They could do this without evidence and if GMs actually just took their word for it, im sure the entire player base would've been banned by now :3

4) This is your time that you are spending on blizzards game. There is no where in the rules that says you HAVE to respond to people who talk to you. You make the decision to farm for hours, sit afk and troll in chat, dance for gold coins, be a mute, whatever you want to do. They will in no way punish you for refusing to talk to a person that is just flaming you. (This being said, if you never interact with another being and only farm farm farm... that is a little suspicious and will raise some flags if your case comes into their hands.

TLDR: I think you are safe, just be careful when you bot, dont farm for 6 hours straight if you are worried about 1 report, break it up into an hour or two segments, multiple times a day, randomized. Change your paths, use some precautions.

If you are scared of losing an account, DONT BOT ON IT. We all should hate being banned or looked at suspiciously, but all in all if you are going to bot, and bot regularly/excessively, you have a high change of paying the consequences. Do not break the rules on an account that you can not afford to lose.

I hope you are slightly less stressed out now. :) Have a good day and happy botting!

Cheers! :)
