What's the best profile atm for farm herb/mining (and zone too)

Like the title says. I see all profiles, but with the expansion i dont see very well what's the best zone to farm herb and mining, and the best profile that are atm in forum. Thanks in adv, sorry my poor english. Example: Last expansion:
Elementium ore, twilights and whiptails. Now??

the best zone is the zone nobody else farms.
the best mats to farm are the ones demanded by the market but short on availability.

make your own decision, what to farm & where. nobody will tell you "omfg secret!!1111" spots.
