What's a warden check?

It closed my bot and redirected me as a check, should I be worried that I could have been caught using the bot?

Nope I figured it out if you d/c and you try to log back in without closing wow or gatherbuddy, it takes you to the warden check page and you gotta wait 15 minutes...
