No main stat, SUPER low block rate compared to high end shields. You'd be lucky to get 3 mil for this.

You have to think, a Stormshield is 8-10 less RA, and you are going to want 32% to block, then block adds. This one is only 27% Good luck to you though.

And ROFL at $750, you have to be high. I love people that think things they find are most amazing, best in slot. That does not even touch a Stormshield, which you can get for 10 mil with 27% block.

I just found 3 shields with comparable stats, one with higher chance to block (28%), all for under 10 mil.

I sold a 19% block one that was ab lue that had 69% all resists for 1million the other day, that shield which beats it an all aspect and will probably add 10k life to a decently geared barb as well as much needed DPS (Which i know alot are running a WW build now that incorporates more dps with some survivability) This shield will sell for alot, Id probably even go for a RMAH sell on that one.

I agree with this, shields are god damn spensive for whatever reason and that thing is like... really nice... ^^

Show me proof that you sold that for 750. Until then, I will assume you're a liar, and a bad one at that.

No way in hell did anyone buy that at that price.
 
Oh sorry if that was misleading, I realize now that it was. I put it on the RMAH as well for $250 and it sold almost instantly, which makes me think i could have gotten more.
 
Lol @ someone paying $250 for a Diablo item. Some people really have too much money. I can understand people buying spectral tigers or whatever for a few hundred, cause they probably enjoy the mount for years and get to show it off to a whole server, but a Diablo piece of gear....really? Congrats you can now beat Inferno faster. Congrats on the sale though, enjoy the sushi :P
 
Best I've had so far is a quick 40$ on the RMAH, and a ton of small sales. Regardless grats!
 
I still sincerely doubt someone paid 250 for that, I'm sure there were better items on your AH for max price...

I'm not saying it's worthless, far from it, it's a cool shield. What's I'm saying is the two classes that required shields previously (monks and barbs), no longer do after the most recent patch, with endgame gear. Now barbs and monks can go a lot more on offense. I just leveled a monk on my main account, spent ~75 mil in gearing it with the best gear possible, and I'm raping all acts in Inferno while dual wielding.

It's just the typical law of supply and demand here.. Not many people are looking for pure defense shields anymore, and if they do, they wouldn't spend that much on it.

Again, it's not worthless, it's just not worth THAT much. I could definitely understand someone paying up to 10mil or so for it, but higher? A quarter of a thousand bucks? No way...
 
You should look up the Stormshield legendary shield. Your shield compares with that. This item is not worth $750. I'd be surprised if you got more than $100 for it, honestly.
