under a) prohibited with the sales in ONLY germany
b) prohibited with worldwide sales meaning to shut down the bot completely


on a) its pretty clear imo, they just sell the bot everyhwere else and germans would find a way around with proxys etc

however what would happen on b) i mean going to the next instance wouldnt be acceptable for the bot since this would take anther few months without the bot which would kill it. But would you actually make a new bot under a complete new company etc and start a new bot with the business running in another country ?

even with db you risk being banned, dont be naive. If you boy you risk ban. Now with that being said, botters will always flourish, just like in diablo2 and wow.
