What would be best efficiency running GR?

I'm running GR-70 and it takes average 13min per run, and average exp/hour @70bn.

lowest exp/hour = 50bn
highest exp/hour = 100bn


I wonder if this is considered efficient. Should I lower to 65 and get more runs? Will I get more exp/hour?

Running a LoN sader at GR 70 with these stats after 8 hour of botting:

Would suggest trying to lower it to 65 and check your exp/h there.

This is definitely not true, at least not for my LoN crusader. I get a lot more exp from 8-10 minute grifts compared to 5 minute ones.

Hmm well then it may be different depending on classes/builds. My LoNSader fails to kill the majority of the trash mobs while running through, so mainly gets the exp from Elites/RG/Completion. However my Flashfire Wiz running GR65 has EB blasting all the time and kills most of the trash within the radius + Elites/RG/Completion, and I've seen optimal xp/h at around 5-6mins per run for that particular character. Which would mean it depends on OP's class and build.

As Wetlock said, just run lower GR's for an hour or so and see which is the best XPH.

Strictly talking GR. 5minutes is perfect imo. lonsader is unique because it is capped at damaging every physical rotation, so if you're one shotting elites then you'll be running 5-7 mins. if it takes two rotations (max 3) you'll find it takes 8-9+mins on average etc etc so maybe better to think about how many rotations you kill elites, rather than GR#.

if my lon sader clears GR 75 in 5minutes thats 220+bil xp per hour. but that is THE perfect rift (perfect rift, big clusters, conduit, 400% dmg and free casting shrine), on average its 8minutes because I kill elites AND very large cluster packs in 2 shots. Elites can be one shot if they are close and no extra adds. At GR 80 its minimum 3 cycles to kill packs/elites. Id be interested in seeing whats the perfect GR for sader, 75 in 6-8 minutes? or 77-79 in 8-10min. you can still get 6min upto 79, but it gets quite more uncommon.

GR80+ is really only for leveling gems, I can't imagine getting the best XP from it, as a bad rift every 3-5th rift is probably bad for your xp

my point is I set my GR where I can still achieve a 5minute run (perfect ideal rift). not 4minutes as that is too easy

I advise you to play around with grift level and see what works best for you. I noticed for me, higher gr's that I finish in 12 minutes are better than 5m to 7m runs that are lower.

The less time you have to run T10 the better. T10 at most will get you 22-30bil an hour. I am getting around 185-200bil doing 80s on my sader. Id rather do T10 for 1-2 days and GR 80s for over a week than run 75s in 3-5minutes and have to run T10 50% of the time. Sure you get less legendaries per hour... but who wants that when you are alrdy botting 75+ lol. Exp is literally all you are there for.

That is in 1month time. 2 more months to go till season ends, The difference will only grow more and more. Solo exp sux, no matter what. Once you got the gear, there is really no reason to bot for paragon, if that is what you're concerned about. Even when these non-botters play less then 10h/day, you still wont ever catchup botting 24/7 solo. Since the xp difference is so HUGE. In the end you will still be 10k+ main stat behind real players. Not even getting close to top100 leaderbord.

now someones talking whats on my mind. I always thought at GR 100 the XP will slow down to a crawl, you cant evenly climb paragon infinitely. has any pro streamer talked about the max paragon possible this season? so closer towards the end of a season shouldnt bots be pretty close?

but either way you're right, I really want to play 4 player this season to get my gems over 100. however the issue is i dont want to bot any of the current meta lol, I really enjoy the crusader gameplay even playing manually. too bad every other class has a purpose in GR100+ except crusader. lets hope some asian team includes one (support even) then all the idiots in Community Grifts can swap their meta and invite me to parties...which then opens you up to player reports maybe (through recently played)??

well of course 4man is better xp. I'm sure he meant when we're sleeping or can't play due to other commitments. in those situations, u have no choice but to solo XP botting or solo rift key botting. and playing at higher gr burning less keys is the way to go. that's how u attempt to gain more XP while slping and using less keys/hr. does anyone even bot 24/7, literally?? if so, why?!

I'd also like to add that comparing 5-7min runs and 10-12min runs over a certain number of hours is not conclusive of which gives more XP.

you have to take into account the rate of keys used. gr runs aren't free. 5-7min runs might give you better XP as compared to 10-12min runs, in a 10hr bot session. but you might end up losing so much more keys that you have to spend an extra day or two farming keys. so keep that in mind when comparing so that you can maximise your XP.
