being a grinding game ( plus bad graphics on top it ) it needs a way to make money of it to be successful in my opinion (see d3 probably half or more of their player would be gone by now if there wasn't a way to make money of it )

POE actually has a playable end game though. The highest map you can get is 69, and it can only drop from other high level maps (66-68), on top of that high level maps are actually extremely hard; not like this faceroll alkaizer run bullshit. Then max level is 100 I believe, people are going to be playing a while.
The currency (orb system) that acts as currency but also interacts with the item system is awesome.
The skill gem system that also interacts with the item system which interacts with orb system is awesome.
The graphics are mediocre and the combat is still kinda clunky. If you can get past that its a really good arpg game. In terms of depth and fun id put it up close to d2 and miles above d3.
Then there's the money. Only way I see it being profitable is either 1) d2jsp (time sink) or 2) website. They will also be fairly active in bans and policing due to somewhat lower playerbase. The devs are good guys that care about the game and what the community wants. They are very active in the community and stay up to date on what goes on.
