What will be in HB (V2)

You guys posted a while back. That the price for HB will be increased in about 30 days. And that said, it was about 30 days ago. Does this have something to do with the release of Questing? Why would you go about increasing the price without adding new features. This just makes me think that you guys are releasing Questing someone time soon o_O Im not sure if i am correct, but this is what i see in my mind.

i can imagine them releasing HB2 with the beta test of the new Nav system when the price shoots up, questing will come along when the Nav system is stable and out of Beta :)

AND im not flaming but the question about when will questing come along has been answered many times on this thread so read before posting plz, it will get relesed soon and there is no ETA.

I was just saying that it all adds up, and seems like its all going to be released when the price shoots. I was not asking when it is going to be released ;)

Lol. Surprised no one gave you shit about saying your plastic doll at home has smooth boobs. Just don't get too crazy with it or it might pop.

I read all 11 pages in their entirety and it looks amazing. Hope to read more in the coming days up to release. :)

combat in hb is a little sluggish now, will that be improved with the new system?
 
This write-up gives you a better idea of what the nav system brings as opposed to waypoint meshing.

Its also very WoW-centric in its examples so you can get a fundamental idea on what the future holds for HB.
Nav meshing can also be done in advance using, as MaiN pointed out, Recast, and the WoW map geometry data each client has, so in theory the mesh can be generated in advance for the whole world, and HB can use this mesh to find its way around. It should then be able to conquer stairs, caves, elevators, the whole lot.
Recast is a free open source navigation mesh construction toolset for games that can produce very robust nav meshes.
 
Will this navsolution jump over smaller obstacles like fences and roots as well? ;)
 
it's the good the way buddy products are expanding and becoming a very intelligant system but it wont be long till blizz focus warden on are products, i know over the laws in bossland's/hawker's country that blizz cant sue them but everyone know's when the warden guy focuses on something to detect he will succeed, cypher and kynox are 2 of the handfull of people that know more abount warden then anyone else but you saw what the warden guy done to there LuaNinja, ill be alot happier if the security was improved on the product since tripwire is not enough when the warden guy is on a rampage or maybe ask kynox to jump on Dev team since he help's WI with there security.

Well yes that right. we all know what blizzard are some lasy bastards that do what they want, and only thinking on making money, and ofc wil the warden guy find HB a day, its just when he hits the right code. But no one knows when it comes..

To tell you the upmost truth mate once questing and the new nav system comes along i wont give 2 flying donkeys if they ban me since it will be super fast to level 5 80's :) everyone know's that questing is 4 times faster to level and hitting lvl 80 will take about half a month or less XD

i think the questing and nav sould be in hb 2.0 not as in nav in 2.0 and questing in 2.1 or somthing but together because nav and questing is 1 think :)

Doesn't work that way, I'm afraid. If you want both in one, you'll be waiting twice as long, and no one wants that.

be too many complications due to both of them being in beta releases and it will be hard to fix bugs and very time consuming. questing will come after the nav system has come out of beta and hit stable mate.
