What Version were you using when you got Banned?

who can use 288? no one. post 1.06a patch!

My banned account was online during the transition from .289 to .290. I was supervising it and it got stuck, I restarted the game and DB since both had been running for awhile, when I restarted DB I had to upgrade I did upgrade and restarted but I didn't actually start running the bot again with .290. Decided it was a good time to list auctions and swap to second account anyway since I share a session between accounts. Second account ran for probably 8-10 hours on .290 while the ban wave was going on, first account was banned while offline about 8-10 hours after I swapped.

same it was in the transition between 289-290, got ban there!

I used the BETA when my friend told me 290 is already out, so I switched to that. I never used 289 and got the hammer.
My friend got the hammer as well, he used 289 -> 290, got banned when using 290, not in the transition.

Other than that I can say, one friend was botting all night with 290, no hammer.

Bans are not connected to versions as there were bans both before and after the patch.
