Medium PvE - Anvilmar to be exact. Horde to Alliance ratio is pretty even.
Server is actually a low-medium population. Not many other botters to compete with nodes.
You can pretty much make your own price on ore and herbs.
Enough people to buy gold off of you. Pay for you $15 month subscription in 2 days.
