I've finally found a site paying something sort of decent for gold but I know this will go up when cata hits.

Should I save everything I have and sell after cata hits and prices have risen OR sell 100K or so that will pay for cata itself, the a new account at blizzards latest low prices, and probably the vanilla account I'm expecting to lose in the transfer of gold.

i'm n a bit of a quandary right now!

i hate to say it, but just sell it now. You might earn more later ( in the long run ), but personally i prefer cold hard solid cash ( if you get what i mean ).

it depends what do you mean by "paying decent" for gold

well it's paying 1.7$ per K now, as opposed to the 0.5$/k i've been quoted elsewhere -- i(I know its sounds a huge difference but i've looked into them search google, ask, bing and other forums and they've got a pretty good reputation so seems legit.)

i'd sell now if its at 1.7 if you dont have private buyers. prices wont rise much higher than that when cata hits imo :)

You've got PM :)

if u have $$ for cata, wait until after cata (~3-5 days). If you don't have $$ for cata, then sell as high as you can

Agreed - sell for 1.7/k if you can.. There's no telling whether prices will rise/fall with Cata

You're extremely lucky if you get 1.7/k now, especially if its EU. Sell what you can, trust me.

and why didnt u tip me? O_O :( :p

You've got PM, and that's mainly because you've helped me in the forums and seems like a really cool guy. But you're the last one I'm sharing to, please do not spread the sites around on the forum or shitload of PM's, the demand will sink and so will the price.

lmao, trust me, I will spread this, I hate the way your are thinking.

Anyone know good places to sell gold?

Hi Grom - I asked the exact same question some time ago and the best answer I got (although I didn't realise it at the time) is RESEARCH RESEARCH RESEARCH. Use Google, Bing, Ask, Yahoo and any other search engine of your choice most reputable (and otherwise) have a live chat service -- talk to them get a feel for the person their prices compare them to other sites look around for comments on providers and quickly you'll get an idea of who to trust and who to avoid.
