What the hellllllllllllllllllllll rmah shutting down !

What is gold going to be used for? Crafting? Buying top tier items from d2jsp?

Man... just bought two more accounts and 3 lifetime sessions -.-

There *are* those of us that bot not for the purpose of making money.

Beyond that, you guys have until March before it gets pulled.

I really didn't want to go down the D2 days of running a web store, but I guess now there's no option.

It will result in higher prices and higher demand, but at the cost of more work. Reselling sites just pop'd the top on a shitload of expensive alcoholic beverages.

Trying to be positive, it won't be terrible but, as bizzy1one said, it will require a lot of work.

What I fail to understand is, this removal won't affect Chinese farmers the same way it will affect small botters (like many of us, I presume). They already have their web stores working at full time, and the removal of rmah will give them pretty much

monopoly of gold selling. They'll set the price , and also if they ever require some gold from small botters or legal players, they will undercut the hell out of us.

I wasn't around when d2 exp was at its best, can someone enlighten me about how did item selling (for igg) worked at the time?

And no one believed me when i said that Blizzard is going to cave in to legit playerbase demands.
(But I wasn't expecting that it will be of such overkill magnitude as well)

Still. I think they have to introduce a new trading system, we can't go back to d2 trading.

Knowing how little Blizzard gives a shit beyond their direct profits, I wouldn't count that out.
Also, the hacked/duped shit will start popping up very fast, because always-online will definitely be removed, just like on consoles now.

that's even worse then gay Wilson this stupid idiot ... really I played d3 normally in the beginning and the AH was some of the best things in D3 ... it was absolutely no fun trading in d2 ... it was just totally boring ... just change items so that they are improved by killing monster for example ... so nobody is just finished after 5min in the ah

that the next thing after no PvP ... d3 is really the first game of blizzard that's totally fucked up ... can't believe this ...

this, its a sure thing that they are gonna introduce some other system after rmah the profits for them are very high lets no panic andwait for blizzcon

And gold price has just plummeted 0,20 in less than 1 hour on RMAH.
Now the real price dumping will start...

only reason why blizz in shutting down ah (money maker mashine)
must be other way to get more money - selling ex pack + other ideas
lets wait

I think they are disabling all player to player trades with Loot 2.0.

Time will tell.

Dunno what are u all bitching about, bot until the shutdown, make profit and see what happens. If they go with this idea would your life stop? Just find another game and start investigating where could u make some money botting it.
Some people actually bot on for personal pleasure and improvement of the main character...

^ This is what I see as well. I don't bot for profit. And there is another world of people who do this just for fun. To me this is no big loss cause I'll still be hunting items and trading them for better ones. It will be more rewarding to finally get a upgrade and make your friends jelly.
