i need instructions on how to use it please help
what profile do i use Plugin allrounder in, my toon just stands and does nothing

Load up Professionbuddy. Use a blank profile (Kicks SVN has one) I think the allrounder page has it too. Then hit start. It'll do what you set allrounder to do.
A word of warning with Allrounder. If you are using it for milling or prospecting or whatnot and don't have the required skill for some of the stuff in your inventory. MOVE IT TO THE BOTTOM OF YOUR BAGS or else it'll just sit there trying to mill or prospect or whatever the item you can't do yet.
