Hey guys , iam newb here ! what plugins I need to install to start ? or what are the most desired ?

None, right now all the plugins are broken. When in the near future they are fixed I HIGHLY recommend:

Ty mate, some of these works ? or they do not work at the moment ...

Seems like MapRunner works.
There is no guarantee that these will in the future as they are developed by the community not the company.

In this list the only dev that is MIA is the one that makes the questbot, all the others are active and will problably update the plugins when they have the time.
