wow you guys werent kidding about how fast paladins level. I started one 2 nights ago and have only run it 19 totals hours and it is already level 30...at this rate i'll have me a raid tank in no time next up is maybe warrior or lock

As Tony said above, and what most people might think, classes with pets such as Warlocks, Hunters and/or Deathknights are best to level, because the pet usual tank the monster/npc and will infect no harm to the character.
Retribution Paladins and Enchantment Shamans are also good classes.
Personally I don't bot Warlocks and hunters, but I got 2 deathknights of level 80, 1 prot paladin of level 80 and 4 shamans which im RaF leveling atm.

Hey, I chose warrior. Non-stop rage killing machines. Best to level with no professions and no skinning... heck turn off loot for about zero down-time, but no looting looks suspicious so I leave it on.

that is if you have a good written CC that acctually uses stealth + vanish in a good way.

Yes! cc combat rogue is very good, but when it vanish's it walks then goes to eat but doesn't stealth again, if they implemented that function if would be very safe in terms of botting safely while not being caught.
