What is the fastest way to level a new toon nowadays?

I'd like to have multiple builds, and want to level a new char. I read that there's some merchant way of lvling to 70 in ~3hrs. Is this true. Is it a profile or manual grind? Anything else that's easy and works?

It was nerfed, now you have mobs at the entrance of the dungeon and at the stairs.

I lvled my wd hc with all acts profile by rrixx, and armory, levelswap profiles. You can afk it without a problem cuz it will change your gear for better when you find and will change your skills (at least for wd it did)

I assume we are talking solo?

in HC I basically just quest to ghom and leave it killing him overnight on ELITE (with armory on) so it levels up and gears up (unless it is my high para HC account then do torment 2 and 99% won't die), if it is an SC account with paragon then throw it on torment 2 from the start who cares about a few deaths in SC

I presume you're asking for botting methods but if you're considering legit too then create a game in adventure mode on t6 and have a 70 friend boost you, takes 90 mins to 70 tops provided they have decent gear.
