I would say flashfire wiz. 1.5 - 3 min runs t10.

im a monk im going to do also alot of greater rift solo on twitch streaming when i have gear but i only get one rift key per Nephalem Rift thats low man im using http://www.diablofans.com/builds/72496-2-4-innas-pet-build-solo-75

if u like barb, u can also go ww with like 200% movement speed and u still oneshot everything with good gear on t10
wiz might be abit quicker, but it can also pull under 2min rifts if the density is nice

Just FlashFire wiz build or use Wave of Light monk build, these are both proven 2-3 Min TX runs...

Currently, I am using a FlashFire Wiz build, and my times for TX Nephalm Rifts are 2-3 min consistent.

This here is my preferred Wiz build for farming TX: http://www.diablofans.com/builds/69911-2-4-eb-tx-db-farming-800-db-hr-w-tal-sage-in-geom
Not only is it 2-3min runs, but farms 33% more DB during key farm runs. I get somewhere around 800+ DB/hr with this build, and it still collects keys super fast. I did modify the build a little bit for better survivability, recommendations for such are listed at the bottom of the guide.
