What is the best spec to bot level a mage?

The title says it all, what is the best spec? Currently i'm Arcane, and though the damage output is solid, I have to stop alot. Any opinions are welcomed

no matter what your going to stop alot, what i would do is time how long it takes to kill a mob, frost is really only good because of the added survivability that comes with it. so if your not running into multiple mobs then youll be ok with any other spec.

I dunno but my mage cant kill any mobs, doesnt stand a chance. ;/
