What is TARGET PROVIDER mean for?

I have some question about TARGET PROVIDER.

what is the different of TARGET PROVIDER mode?

It is the way how the targetting is handled... like:

If there is more then one enemy tank around you, then the Target Provider will select the "best" target. The best can be like: "Biggest Tier", "Lowest Health" ....

I have to check the source but i guess it will focus tanks that can be executed with one shot( So it will switch target while fight).
