Can someone explain to me what is actually happening when this appears, it seems most of my problems are associated with this! whenever it happens!

It means meshes are being downloaded.
Give it time to download so your bot can move.

the problem i am having is when it does this in a dungeon and the party starts losing it's patients!!!!! or it just starts acting like a retard!

Also, what are meshes, i assume it has something to do with navigation?

alright thank you, i must have a bad connection to the server cause it takes ages to get moving again sometimes.

the good thing is that if you are running the same 3 instances or whatever, after the first time it downloads them, they will be on your system so you wont have to wait again.
